Here is La Salsa Man, a reproduction of a Muffler Man found near L.A., CA, before he was sent out into the cold to fight the elements in Dodge City, KS. He was commissioned by Dennis Hopper who subsequently died leaving this guys fate to the wind. He ended up in Dodge City, KS where he took up residence at a coffee shop, convention center and more recently on a street in town. He still had his hat, plato of food and serape before being kicked out to fend for himself!
